2. Service Description

CDNSigma is a quick an easy to use file sharing service, here are some services CDNSigma provides:

  • File upload and storage
  • File sharing via unique URLs
  • CDN distribution for faster downloads
  • Basic file management features

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Not upload any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Not use our service for any malicious purposes
  • Not attempt to breach or circumvent our security measures
  • Not use our service to distribute malware or harmful software
  • Not use our service for any commercial purposes without prior consent
  • Not use our service for any illegal content or activities whatsoever

4. File Size and Storage Limits

Our service has the following limitations:

  • Maximum file size: 2GB per file
  • Files may be automatically removed after a period of inactivity
  • We may remove files at any time for any reason
  • We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Our service:

  • Does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary
  • May use cookies for essential service functionality
  • Logs geographic location of the user (IP address) for reports

6. Service Availability

While we want to maintain high uptime, we cannot guarantee:

  • 100% uptime of the service
  • Uninterrupted access to your files
  • Backup of your uploaded files

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. We log all requests.

We log all requests including but not limited to:

  • File Operations - Uploading or deleting files
  • API Key Management - Any API key being created or deleted, including public_... api keys.
  • IP Management - When IP's are banned or unbanned
  • Page Visits - When you visit the API Key Request Page
  • Reports - Reporting any type of content

We collect Geographic Data such as IP addresses and other information to prevent our systems being used for fraud or other against-tos-uses.
